Coaching Positions

Elite Head Coaches must have cheerleading experience, robust knowledge of the sport and exhibit exceptional confidence with strong leadership skills. They will provide instruction, choreograph all routines and establish a safe and fun environment. 

Elite Assistant Coaches must have extraordinary knowledge of the sport, be able to take direction and lead alongside the Head Coach. They will provide instruction, learn & teach choreography and foster a safe and fun environment. 

Elite Student Coaches must have cheerleading or relevant experience, enthusiasm and the confidence to provide clear instructions to athletes. They will help to spot stunts, model & drill skills, take direction from coaches and provide hands on support to ensure athlete safety.

Elite Tumble Coaches will be responsible for teaching tumbling skills to athletes of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in gymnastics or acro and a passion for coaching. Tumble coaches will provide clear instruction of foundational techniques as well as advanced movements and will promote athlete safety.
